We are selling printable files. When one goes up, this is what is true of it:
You get the STL, and where it helps, the parts split for a printer bed with a
note on what worked for us — layer height, supports, the wall that will fail if
you rush it.
You may print it. For yourself, for your table, and to sell prints of it — the
licence is Creative Commons and it means what it says. Attribution is the ask.
You may change it. Cut it up, kitbash it, put it on a different base, make it
into something we did not think of. If you make something good out of it, this
board is where to put the picture.
And if you make a *better* one — a cleaner sculpt, a smarter cut for the plate,
something that prints where ours fights you — we will put yours up in place of
ours and you take 25% of what it makes from then on, or 50% if you bring the
artwork too. See Art & Attribution for how that works.
What we cannot promise is that it prints perfectly on your machine, because we
do not have your machine. If it fails in a way that looks like the file and not
the printer, say so in Help & Orders — with a photo if you can — and we will
fix the file rather than argue about it.
