Post here and a person reads it. Useful things to include:
The address on the account, what you bought, and roughly when. Not the whole
receipt, and never a card number — we never see one and never want to.
Common ones we can fix in a minute: a download that will not start, a file that
is the wrong one, a purchase that went through at PayPal but has not appeared
in your account, a subscription you want to end, or an account you want deleted
entirely.
